Inner Strength Taekwondo LLC
Afterschool Pick-up Program
Parent Handbook – 2025–2026 School Year
Program Overview
Inner Strength Taekwondo LLC offers a structured, martial arts–based afterschool program focused on physical fitness, character development, and respectful social interaction. Our program is not a daycare—we are a martial arts school, and all students are expected to attend classes and engage in structured activity.
Enrollment Criteria
To ensure a safe, supportive, and effective learning environment for all students, enrollment is based on the following criteria:
- Group Dynamics: Children must function appropriately in a group, including following instructions and participating in activities.
- Behavior Expectations: Students should demonstrate respectful behavior. We cannot accommodate children who are aggressive, disruptive, or pose a flight risk.
- Safety: Children must navigate the facility safely and follow safety rules.
- Support Needs: We are not equipped for children needing extensive one-on-one support or specialized care.
- Program Fit: Families should consider whether a Taekwondo-focused, high-energy program is the right fit for their child’s needs.
Hours of Operation
- Pick-up from school: ISTKD staff will transport children directly from school.
- Parent pick-up deadline: 6:00 PM
- Late pick-up fee: $15 per 15-minute block after 6:00 PM.
