Since we’ve opened, we’ve been dedicated to changing the lives of people one person at a time, through martial arts, education and coaching. We strive to provide a safe, comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for all students and family members. We take pride in creating an environment for individuals to achieve, develop and succeed in their personal goals.
We strongly believe that martial arts can be for everyone, regardless of age, gender or experience levels. Throughout all of our programs, students will not only learn the necessary skill sets to protect themselves, we stand behind our realistic and practical approach, confident it will enable every member to achieve greatness and live their best life..
Get To Know Our World Class Instructors
Mrs. Cassie Baker 3rd Dan Chief Instructor/Owner
Cassie Baker is the owner and Chief Instructor of Inner Strength Taekwondo located in Mobile, Al. She began her Taekwondo training in the same school she now owns.
Mrs. Baker always strives to provide a robust and challenging curriculum for her students. After officially joining Choong Sil Taekwondo Federation, in 2019, she began converting the curriculum to line up with their standards. The outcome has been life-changing for many of the old and new students.
In 2021, she tested for and received her 3rd Dan (Degree). Mrs. Baker is a fully certified instructor of Choong Sil Kwan Federation (CTF).
Mrs. Baker actively trains under 7th Degree Master Alison Hardin of the CTF. She also competes several times a year in our CTF-sponsored tournaments in the North Mississippi and Nashville, Tn area.
Mrs. Baker is a Nationally Certified Instructor under the CTF and renews her knowledge yearly by attending Black Belt Camps under the tutelage of Grand Master Robert Hardin and Master Alison Carney Hardin as well as many CTF Seniors Ranks.

Miss Jillian Lane 3rd Dan CTF Certified Assistant Instructor
Jillian Lane began her Taekwondo training in 2011. She tested and received her 3rd Dan Black Belt in December 2021.
Miss Lane graduated high school in 2018 from Moffett Road Christian School. After graduation, Miss Lane took a 2 year break from Taekwondo to pursue her Bachelor’s Degree. She graduated at the University of Mobile in 2022, with her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Finance Concentration with minors in Music and Spanish.
Miss Lane is currently employed full time as Assistant Manager/Instructor with Inner Strength Taekwondo. She is a valuable team member and a hard worker.
Mr. Ethan Sellers 3rd Dan Certified Assistant Instructor
Ethan Sellers began his Taekwondo training in 2016. He received is 1st Degree Black belt in February of 2018. He tested and received his 3rd Degree Black belt in July 2022 under Mrs. Cassie Baker and the Choong Sil Kwan Federation.
Mr. Sellers graduated high school in 2022 from Evergreen Christian Academy. Mr. Sellers is an employee of Inner Strength since June 2020 and is in pursuit of his CTF Certified Instructor’s Certificate. He actively competes at tournaments and trains several times a week as a student. He is also active in his home church.
Mr. Sellers teaches several classes each week and is an amazing role model for all the young men and women we train each day. He is hardworking, reliable, & overall a gift to our team.
