Do I need to be in shape to start?
Not at all. Our Adult Martial Arts program is designed for all fitness levels. You’ll build strength, flexibility, and endurance at your own pace — no prior experience or athletic background needed.
Am I too old to start Taekwondo?
Absolutely not! Many of our adult students begin in their 30s, 40s, 50s, and beyond. Taekwondo training is scalable and safe — it adapts to you, not the other way around.
How often should I train?
Most adults train two to three times per week. Consistency is more important than intensity — even a few classes a week will bring noticeable improvements in strength, focus, and confidence.
Will I get a good workout?
Yes! Each class blends traditional martial arts with modern fitness elements — from cardio and flexibility to balance and core strength. You’ll break a sweat, build muscle, and leave feeling accomplished.
