Can we try before signing up?

Yes! Our trial offers and class availability are updated regularly right here on this page. Simply click any of the buttons to view current openings and reserve your child’s spot.

If we like it, how do we sign up?

After your child’s trial, you’ll both have a clear sense of whether Taekwondo is the right fit. If it is, we’ll walk you step-by-step through getting started at Inner Strength Taekwondo. And don’t worry—before the trial even begins, we’ll reach out to answer any questions and make sure you feel completely prepared.

How Often Should My Child Train?

We recommend a minimum of 2 classes per week for children to get the best results. This consistency helps them build skills faster, gain confidence, and really see progress from their training.

That said, every family’s schedule is different. Some children start with once a week and still benefit, while others choose to attend more often because they love it.

At Inner Strength Taekwondo, our Basic Program includes unlimited classes, so your child can train as much as your schedule allows. For those who want to take their training even further, our Leadership Program provides advanced training opportunities and leadership development.

Do they need prior experience?

Not at all! Most of our children start as complete beginners. We teach everything step-by-step, so whether your child has no athletic background or has tried sports before, they’ll feel welcome and supported from day on.
