What Makes Our Little Dragons Program Special?
Our Little Dragons Martial Arts Program is more than just kicking and punching — it’s about setting the foundation for focus, confidence, and respect during the most important learning years of your child’s life.
At Inner Strength Taekwondo, we’ve designed every class to match your preschooler’s developmental stage. With age-appropriate drills, exciting games, and a safe, structured environment, we help children ages 4–6 build the physical coordination and social-emotional skills they’ll carry into school and beyond.

Is my child too young for martial arts?
Not at all! Our Little Dragons program is specially designed for preschoolers ages 4–6. Classes focus on short, fun activities that match their attention span while teaching important life skills like listening, focus, and respect.
What if my child is shy (or very energetic)?
That’s exactly why our program works so well! Shy children build confidence in a safe, encouraging environment, while energetic kids learn to channel their energy in positive ways. Our instructors are experienced in working with all personality types.
How long are classes?
Each Little Dragons class is 30 minutes — just the right length to keep preschoolers engaged, learning, and having fun.
