What Makes Our Women's Kickboxing Program Different?

Our program stands out because it is woman owned and woman led, and it delivers a fitness workout built around real kickboxing technique. You train in a supportive setting that helps you improve strength, conditioning, and confidence without pressure. You learn proper striking and bag work with clear instruction, then finish each class with simple self defense skills that help you feel prepared in everyday life. You get steady coaching, a positive group environment, and a structure that fits a busy schedule, all built on years of martial arts experience.

What experience do I need?

You do not need experience. You learn everything step by step.

Is this a fitness class or a martial arts class?

It is a fitness kickboxing class with a short self defense segment at the end. The workout drives the class.

Is this class safe for beginners?

Yes. You learn proper form, stance, and movement before increasing power or speed.

Do I need to be in shape to start?

No. You build conditioning as you train. You move at your pace with instructor guidance.

What equipment do I need?

Wear workout clothes and bring water. Gloves are included with your registration.

What ages do you accept?

This program is for adult women. (We will allow ages 13+ with a guaridan sign up)

Will I hit or spar with someone?

You do partner drills with control only. No sparring.

How hard is the workout?

You get a full body workout with a mix of cardio, strength, and striking. You choose your pace and intensity.
